How To Put Extra Cash In Your Pocket By Testing Websites And Apps

What is usability testing?

Website or App Owners will pay to monitor a genuine user use their website or app so they can find out exactly where their website or app may be confusing to the user.

Usability testing  companies  have a panel of testers to do this. When  you become a tester for one of these companies, when your demographic profile is requested by one of their clients, you will have an opportunity to earn money by using their website or app and answering some questions about your experience.

How do the test work?

When you do a usability test for a website  you will usually use a screen recorder  provided by the company that you signed up with to record a video of what’s happening on your screen – your mouse movements, clicks, and keystrokes – and your spoken comments while you use the website you’re testing. Videos typically last anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes.

How much can I make doing these tests?

Depending on the company, you can expect to make $10 -$20 per test.
